Our Privacy Policy outlines the way Flore Dispensary gathers, uses, manages and discloses information gathered from users of our website, FloreDispensay,com  This Privacy Policy applies to information gathered by the Website only.  This is how it is used and with whom we may share it; what User choices about User data; our  security protocols in place to protect your User information; and how Users can correct any inaccuracies in the info.

HOW FLORE DISPENSARY PROTECTS USER INFORMATION

Flore Dispensary adopts data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ PII and data stored on the Website. Sensitive and private data exchanged directly between the Website and its Users happens over a SS- secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Flore Dispensary does not store any personal medical information locally but rather utilizes a third-party data storage services provider, MJFreeway, Inc., which in turn utilizes a HIPAA-compliant AWS GovCloud environment with firewalls and in which all patient information is encrypted. Flore Dispensary will continually review and update its data security program as technology evolves. The importance of security for all PII associated with our Users is of utmost concern to Flore Dispensary. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, Flore Dispensary makes no representation or warranty as to the security of any information Users transmit to Flore Dispensary, or the potential loss, misuse or alteration of the PII that Flore Dispensary collects on its Website. Flore Dispensary cannot be responsible for the actions of any third parties who might receive Users’ PII, including but not limited to BlackbirdGo, a third party provider which processes User’s product ordering information.

 

“DO NOT TRACK” POLICY.

Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow you to tell each website you visit that you do not want User activities on that website tracked. At present, the Website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals and consequently, the Website will continue to collect non-personal information about Users even if the browser’s “Do Not Track” feature is activated.

BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

In the event Flore Dispensary goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, User PII will likely be among the assets transferred. CHILDREN UNDER 13

GOVERNING LAW

The interpretation, application and effect of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
